Lucie Kaas

Lucie Kaas was founded in 2012 by creative director Esben Gravlev after being inspired by an iconic pattern and some old, wooden animals to tell their stories to the rest of the world. With a penchant for understated design that draws its influence from multiple sources and collaborating with character design specialists Sketch Inc, Lucie Kaas have created a collection of designs. Their work includes Kokeshi Dolls based on a traditional style of hand painted Japanese doll depicting a number of pop culture icons and symbols including  David Bowie, Coco Chanel and Andy Warhol.
